About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the operation of the data center, IT systems, and network services, ensuring continuity of critical business processes and the efficient delivery of products and services to customers;
Provide technical and operational support for internal and external requests;
Continuously monitor environments and systems, identifying and addressing incidents;
Respond to service tickets and provide remote support to users;
