About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic management of partnerships and alliances, focusing on strengthening relationships, partner engagement and commercial performance;
  • Development, execution and monitoring of the annual business plan with partners, aligning marketing objectives, technical enablement, investments (MDF) and revenue targets;
  • Leading partner enablement programs, including technical certifications, internal trainings and portfolio readiness initiatives (especially in cybersecurity);
  • Planning and executing demand generation and pipeline acceleration activities in collaboration with partners, marketing and sales;
  • Managing and optimizing MDF (Marketing Development Funds) investments, including planning, execution, governance and ROI measurement;
  • Developing and overseeing co-marketing campaigns, working with internal teams, peers, agencies and vendors;
  • Leading sales acceleration initiatives to help increase deal velocity and revenue growth;
  • Monitoring forecasts, sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic business reviews with partners;
  • Managing internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, pre-sales, product) and external stakeholders (partners, distributors, agencies);
  • Managing conflicts, aligning expectations and influencing without formal authority;
  • Working closely with strategic accounts to support the build and evolution of the pipeline.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis.
  • Experience managing partnerships, channels or strategic alliances.
  • Experience with demand generation programs, B2B marketing and GTM (Go‑To‑Market) activities.
  • Experience managing MDF and co-marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management and sales metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and technical teams.
  • Experience leading business reviews and executive presentations.
  • Intermediate/advanced English (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Prior knowledge of and relationships with partners and their portfolios, such as Huawei, Cisco, Fortinet and Google.
  • Knowledge of MSSP/MSP programs.
