Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Degree in networking or equivalent field
Minimum 3 years' experience with Networks/NOC
CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
Experience with monitoring
ITIL methodology
Firewall rule application, configuration, and administration
Intermediate English
