About the role
- Work in partnership with Sales to pursue business opportunities, responsible for developing new projects, participating in meetings, presenting the company’s service portfolio and gathering clients’ needs, aiming to capture projects and grow the client base.
- Coordinate the development of action plans, based on priorities identified with clients during project conception.
- Lead meetings to provide technical explanations and defend projects to clients, working alongside the Sales team.
- Be responsible for technical/commercial proposals to be sent to clients, describing them clearly and tailored to their needs, covering all assumptions, deliverables and costs considered in the service project, centralizing, presenting and detailing all project information prior to sending to clients.
- Price the costs identified in projects, determining the values included in the service proposals to be sent to clients.
- Guide the development of technical designs for requested services through thorough analysis and interpretation of technical requirements, definition of the scope of delivery and identification of additional resources, with the aim of proposing service solutions that align with clients’ needs and expectations.
- Lead internal innovation or improvement projects as support to your manager whenever necessary and/or requested.
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior team members with their challenges and adaptations, addressing technical and organizational aspects, in response to and in support of your manager.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role, as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Guide the team and play an active role in comprehensively understanding technical requirements for presenting and defending solutions and services to clients.
- Be responsible for preparing technical queries and delivering presentations of the service portfolio to clients and partners, pricing products and services and preparing technical proposals to help increase company revenue.
- Desirable – CCNA and/or CMNA, CCNP. CCIE or core exam already completed.
