About the role

  • The professional should have at least 1 year of experience with field management controls, preparing schedules/metrics, and communication with clients, suppliers and various organizational levels.
  • Ability to interpret controls, numbers, and spreadsheets.
  • Organized profile with strong verbal and written communication skills across different hierarchical levels (clients, suppliers, and management).
  • Monitor the daily progress of technical schedules with clients (occupancy rate, no-shows, reschedules, SLAs), technical joint sessions, and meetings with suppliers. Work to prevent scheduling conflicts and monitor operational capacity and demand balancing.
  • Validate and account for monthly billings based on LPU.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications and Network projects.
  • Experience with scheduling management, operations, or planning.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and ITIL is desirable; strong organizational and process orientation.
  • Good interpersonal communication, teamwork, a sense of priorities, and proactivity.
