About the role

  • Schedule and manage technical service appointments with customers and Field partners;
  • Communicate internally and to customers regarding scheduled times for technical activities;
  • Track activity times for future vendor measurement;
  • Manage calendars and schedules in company internal systems and in Excel;
  • Prepare and update project status report presentations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; university studies in Administration, Technology, or related fields (in progress or completed) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service and administrative routines;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks;
  • Proactive, with strong time management and prioritization skills;
  • Prior experience in Telecom, IT, Field Services, or project environments is desirable.
