About the role
- Schedule and manage technical service appointments with customers and Field partners;
- Communicate internally and to customers regarding scheduled times for technical activities;
- Track activity times for future vendor measurement;
- Manage calendars and schedules in company internal systems and in Excel;
- Prepare and update project status report presentations.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; university studies in Administration, Technology, or related fields (in progress or completed) are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative routines;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks;
- Proactive, with strong time management and prioritization skills;
- Prior experience in Telecom, IT, Field Services, or project environments is desirable.
