About the role
- Work with the sales team to identify business opportunities
- Participate in client meetings, presenting the service portfolio and gathering requirements
- Develop projects and solutions aligned with client needs, focusing on maintenance, technical support, managed services, and network outsourcing
- Maintain contact with internal technical teams to obtain information relevant to the services offered
- Collect clients' priorities to define scope and action plans
- Present and defend projects technically during presentations, clarifying doubts and aligning expectations
- Prepare clear technical and commercial proposals, including assumptions, deliverables, and pricing
- Price services, taking into account costs and project feasibility
- Analyze technical requirements, define the scope of services, and identify additional resources needed
- Stay updated on market trends and technologies by participating in courses and certifications
- Collaborate with the team, providing support on technical requests and internal routines
- Perform other related activities as directed by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales, with a focus on services in Solutions or related technical areas
- Knowledge of technology and telecom service portfolios
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and develop solutions
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and technical presentations
- Analytical skills and organization for building proposals
- Continuous updating on industry trends and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
