About the role

  • Responsible for commercial management of a client portfolio, identifying customer needs and demand for our products and services, and facilitating interactions between clients and the company.
  • Manage contracts and proposals.
  • Oversee client portfolios, analyzing the best strategy for account planning.
  • Develop strategies to drive new business, increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to clients, performing visits and identifying business opportunities and improvements.
  • Monitor projects and coordinate interfaces with internal areas.
  • Improve client satisfaction levels.
  • Keep company management reports up to date.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage active contracts, monitoring renewals, amendments and expirations.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business and solutions for clients.
  • Analyze and monitor market development in the client’s industry segment.
  • Follow up on client account analysis procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed — diploma required (degree or postgraduate education in IT is desirable).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and market CRM systems.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing B2B clients.
  • Knowledge of Telecom services (Data, Fixed Voice and Mobility) and basic IT concepts (Cloud, Security, Microsoft licensing and digital services).
