About the role
- B2B customer service, including prospecting new accounts from predefined leads, presenting the product portfolio, and managing customer interactions;
- Sale of mobile and fixed telephony, IT and advanced solutions, and value-added services;
- Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific indicators (KPIs); analyze, plan and execute activities and sales to meet and exceed targets;
- Monitor the processing pipeline, identifying issues that cause order breaks, backlog and pending items that may hinder or prevent closing sales;
- Manage daily reports to track sales performance;
- Act to resolve critical situations through regular customer contact and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Commercial profile: drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to customers;
- Digital: tech-savvy and innovation-oriented, with ease in learning and working with software and systems.
