About the role
- Work on design, implementation and support of network infrastructure security;
- Promote and drive an innovation culture;
- Contribute to the development of the Network Infrastructure Security strategy, seeking evolutionary solutions to support the business;
- Participate in squads focused on prevention, detection and recovery from destructive attacks;
- Propose and execute plans aimed at improving the stability and reliability of IT solutions;
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting complex network/security infrastructures composed of layers of routers, switches, wireless controllers, next-generation firewalls (NGFW), proxy, NAC, WAF and IPS/IDS;
- Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of routing technologies including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF and VRF concepts;
- Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of L2 technologies, including STP, MST, LACP, LWAPP, CAPWAP and EtherChannel;
- Knowledge and experience with Juniper, Cisco ASA and Palo Alto security platforms;
- Strong experience analyzing issues with proxy, firewall, access points (APs), WAF, VPN, IPsec and SSL;
- Experience working in mission-critical environments (high business impact, operating under constant pressure);
- Desirable knowledge of private and public clouds (AWS, Azure and GCP);
- Ability to build trusted relationships with client and vendor stakeholders;
