About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the development and evolution of FullStack solutions used in corporate platforms.
Contribute to the definition and evolution of architectural standards.
Develop scalable backend services and reusable frontend components.
Build APIs and integrations between systems.
Ensure software engineering best practices and code quality.
Support technical decisions related to solution architecture.
Contribute to the evolution of frameworks and reusable components.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
Work closely with architecture, product and other engineering areas.
Support the adoption of technical standards by development teams.
Ensure the quality, performance and scalability of developed solutions.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company’s digital platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Strong experience as a FullStack developer.
Experience with backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or similar technologies.
Experience with frontend development using React or equivalent modern frameworks.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Knowledge of system integration patterns.
Experience with relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Experience with version control using Git.
Experience with modern software engineering practices.
Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
Knowledge of automated testing and quality strategies.
Knowledge of observability, logging and monitoring practices.
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.
Experience with public or hybrid cloud is a plus.
Ability to work hands-on while maintaining an architectural perspective.
Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
