About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end flow of reverse logistics operations, including returns, exchanges and product returns;
Monitor, analyze and present performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring tracking of operational efficiency;
Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities, conducting root cause analyses and implementing action plans using methodologies such as PDCA and Lean;
Monitor the performance of carriers, logistics operators and distribution centers, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and SLAs;
Analyze data related to costs, lead times, productivity and routes to support decision-making and initiatives for automation and process optimization;
Work collaboratively with internal teams to promote improvements that contribute to customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields;
Proven experience in logistics operations, with a focus on reverse logistics;
Advanced Excel skills and strong command of Microsoft Office;
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI, for developing reports and dashboards;
Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) and/or WMS/TMS is considered a plus.
