About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute software license reconciliation processes, consumption monitoring and compliance analyses for major software vendors;
Review licensing agreements, identifying audit clauses, usage rules, contract amendments, licensing metrics and potential risks;
Promote license usage optimization, aiming to reduce costs and mitigate risks;
Conduct and support internal and external audits;
Use Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and software usage monitoring solutions to control and manage the environment;
Act as a strategic partner to technical and business areas;
Perform data analysis and spreadsheet manipulation to create comparative views, scenarios and executive summaries;
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields;
Desirable experience with Software Asset Management and IT Asset Management tools (ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow Software, USU, License Dashboard or similar);
Knowledge of licensing models from vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware, Adobe, Autodesk, SAP, Red Hat, Broadcom and similar is a plus;
Must reside in the Greater São Paulo area;
Collaborative, proactive and organized profile with analytical skills and clear communication.
