About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Campaign and Project Management;
  • Plan, execute and monitor ESG communications campaigns (institutional, seasonal dates, proprietary initiatives and content cadences);
  • Prepare clear, complete and strategic briefs for agencies and suppliers;
  • Coordinate schedules, internal approvals, deliverables and organization of materials;
  • Serve as the focal point for the area’s financial management, procurement processes and contracts;
  • Track campaign indicators (KPIs) and produce performance reports (post-mortem);
  • ESG Content Creation and Management;
  • Plan and coordinate the production of content (copy, graphics, videos, scripts) for Vivo’s internal and external channels, working with agencies and production companies;
  • Ensure narrative coherence and alignment with the company’s ESG strategy;
  • Map and analyze surveys, studies and contexts to support content and campaigns with consistent data;
  • Monitor trends, benchmarks and innovation in ESG communications;
  • Curate relevant topics on sustainability, diversity and social impact;
  • Identify seasonal or emerging opportunities related to sustainability and diversity.
  • Internal Stakeholder Relations;
  • Liaise with internal areas (HR, Legal, Brand, Online and Offline Media, Press, PR, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability);
  • Support frontline teams (retail, customer service, stores, partners) with specific materials and communications;
  • Develop executive presentations, reports and supporting materials;
  • Financial Management, Procurement, Contracts and Tender Processes;
  • Manage the area’s budget control (ESG Budget);
  • Create purchase requisitions, monitor purchase orders and payments;
  • Manage supplier contracts (renewals, amendments, controls, deadlines);
  • Interface with Procurement, Finance and Legal to ensure compliance;
  • Conduct tender/competitive selection processes when required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in communications or marketing (focused on planning and executing campaigns and brand positioning);
  • Knowledge of and interest in ESG topics, sustainability, diversity and social impact;
  • Sensitivity and genuine engagement with ESG agendas;
  • Ability to manage end-to-end projects;
  • Organized and familiar with financial and procurement processes;
  • Strong writing, storytelling and critical thinking skills;
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously;
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams;
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset;
  • Organization and attention to detail.
