About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the implementation of infrastructure and the rollout of riser installations (prumadas).
- Direct field teams' routes for door access/openings.
- Supervise service providers and partners (MOIN and EPS).
- Resolve access issues at the "Cidade" (customer premises).
- Review technical documentation submitted by field teams.
- Request IDs in the Pruma system and keep the system updated.
- Create and evaluate order queues in the OSP (Outside Plant) system.
- Handle critical tickets via Fast Track and Help Us workflows.
- Interface with real estate developers to enable new projects.
- Update the commercial status of technical network feasibility.
- Prepare technical reports for network certification.
- Create management performance reports and indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required — must provide certificate of completion (degree in a related field preferred or currently in progress).
- Telecom systems: Pruma, OSP, and ticketing tools.
- Infrastructure: Fiber optic networks (FTTH), riser installations, and building infrastructure.
- Data analysis: Intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI.
