About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Validate and approve projects developed by the area, ensuring compliance with standards and technical specifications, with a focus on cost reduction and network quality improvement.
Prepare higher-complexity project designs, proposing optimized technical solutions that meet company standards and business needs.
Monitor and communicate project deadlines and deliverables to client teams through reports, presentations, and status updates, ensuring transparency and predictability.
Develop Geomarketing solutions, handling requests related to network projects and providing cartographic data to public agencies and other stakeholders.
Train and mentor new team members in network project design through technical training and knowledge sharing, aiming to reduce rework, increase productivity, and ensure operational safety.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Geography, Information Systems, or related fields;
Proven experience in network and telecommunications projects;
Experience with geoprocessing/Geomarketing tools;
Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools leveraging AI;
