About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage technician routes;
  • Monitor and handle customer service activities, administratively directing the execution of processes related to installations, faults, address changes and provisioning;
  • Support control of quality indicators related to installations, address changes and repairs;
  • Implement process improvement actions related to customer satisfaction, based on scores and TDNA responses;
  • Make corrections to work orders for installations, repairs and disconnections (telephone line, broadband, TV);
  • Manage compliance with Anatel indicator deadlines;
  • Manage execution of escalations, V customers and VIP customers;
  • Monitor backlog and prioritize emails;
  • Report on daily issues/problems;
  • Update operational reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed high school diploma (with certificate);
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Windows;
  • Knowledge of quality and productivity indicators.
