About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the communication strategy for Telecom products (Vivo Total, Fiber, Controle and Pós), connecting strategy, positioning and execution
  • Translate business objectives into clear communication directives
  • Prepare briefs for communication campaigns, providing guidance on messages, objectives and target audiences
  • Initiate discussions and recommend new communication approaches to contribute to product differentiation and strengthen the brand
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor movements, turning insights into recommendations to evolve communication
  • Define communication priorities across products, campaigns and channels, ensuring an integrated view of the portfolio
  • Support the definition of media investment strategy, taking into account business objectives and communication priorities
  • Coordinate Vivo's promotional calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Track campaign and initiative results, identifying optimization opportunities and the continuous evolution of the communication strategy
  • Work cross-functionally, influencing multiple areas even without direct team management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in marketing and communications planning
  • Ability to connect business strategy to communication strategy, translating objectives into positioning, narratives and clear guidance
  • Proactive, curious and questioning mindset, able to identify differentiation opportunities and propose new communication approaches
  • Knowledge of media planning and management, including setting objectives, selecting channels, defining metrics and optimizing investments
  • Ability to set priorities, structure recommendations and influence decisions in cross-functional environments
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data, consumer behavior, competitor activity and campaign results to support strategic decisions
  • High level of organization, agility and flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment
