About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage medium- and high-complexity B2C projects.
Understand client area needs, documenting business functional requirements to enable system solutions.
Perform project planning.
Monitor progress across all project phases (analysis, planning, development, testing/acceptance and deployment), reporting any identified risks or issues.
Manage budget, assumptions and risks.
Negotiate deliverables with business areas and vendors.
Ensure proper alignment among all participating teams and software development vendors, fostering clear communication and mutual understanding among stakeholders.
Provide visibility on the progress of all projects under your responsibility to managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management.
Commitment, proactive attitude, curious and questioning mindset, and facilitation skills.
Availability to support occasional weekend deployments.
Preferred:
Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with emphasis on IT, Networks, Engineering, or related fields.
