About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage medium- and high-complexity B2C projects.
- Understand client area needs, documenting business functional requirements to enable system solutions.
- Perform project planning.
- Monitor progress across all project phases (analysis, planning, development, testing/acceptance and deployment), reporting any identified risks or issues.
- Manage budget, assumptions and risks.
- Negotiate deliverables with business areas and vendors.
- Ensure proper alignment among all participating teams and software development vendors, fostering clear communication and mutual understanding among stakeholders.
- Provide visibility on the progress of all projects under your responsibility to managers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project management.
- Commitment, proactive attitude, curious and questioning mindset, and facilitation skills.
- Availability to support occasional weekend deployments.
- Preferred:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with emphasis on IT, Networks, Engineering, or related fields.
