About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the development and evolution of FullStack solutions used in corporate platforms.
Contribute to the definition and evolution of architectural standards.
Develop scalable backend services and reusable frontend components.
Build APIs and system integrations.
Ensure software engineering best practices and code quality.
Support technical decisions related to solution architecture.
Contribute to the evolution of frameworks and reusable components.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Work collaboratively with architecture, product and other engineering teams.
Support adoption of technical standards by development teams.
Ensure quality, performance and scalability of developed solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's digital platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Strong experience as a FullStack developer.
Experience as a backend development specialist using Java (Spring Boot) or similar technologies.
Solid experience with frontend development using React or equivalent modern frameworks.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Knowledge of system integration patterns.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with version control using Git.
Experience with modern software engineering practices.
Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
Knowledge of automated testing and quality strategies.
Knowledge of observability practices, logging and monitoring.
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.
Experience with public or hybrid cloud is a plus.
Experience working closely with architecture teams.
Experience in medium- to large-scale corporate environments.
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking.
Ability to work hands-on while keeping an architectural perspective.
Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
