About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the control and execution of projects deploying fixed access networks (FTTH) and metro networks.
Monitor deployment schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and deliveries meet quality standards.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for deployments and network activations, proposing improvements when necessary.
Act as the interface with internal areas such as engineering, planning, operations and suppliers.
Maintain, analyze and update databases, technical reports and operational dashboards.
Support the creation and enhancement of dashboards and internal tools to track indicators.
Extract, process and analyze data to support decision-making.
Contribute to the development of solutions for integration between systems and network platforms.
Identify automation opportunities in operational and deployment processes.
Support the configuration and activation of network equipment (such as OLTs/HL4/LAN).
Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to process standardization and the continuous improvement of deployment routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development or related areas;
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL;
Ability to develop simple scripts for process automation;
Knowledge of data processing, analysis and visualization;
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Knowledge of telecom tools and systems (e.g., OLT, GPON networks, network equipment)
Previous experience (internship or academic projects) in telecom or IT
Experience with project monitoring or operational routines
Basic knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement
