About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities to improve the customer's digital journey and propose actions to increase conversion and efficiency;
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital channels, tracking KPIs, the conversion funnel and sales indicators;
Develop analyses, insights and recommendations based on data and user behavior;
Monitor campaigns, commercial activities and digital initiatives, evaluating impacts and optimization opportunities;
Collaborate with partner teams to implement improvements, tests and evolutions across digital channels;
Prepare executive materials and performance presentations to monitor results;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with digital channels (app, portals, landing pages), working on results analysis, implementing improvements and optimizing journeys;
Knowledge of sales funnel analysis, conversion metrics, order volume and digital performance;
Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
Experience or familiarity with conversational channels such as bots, WhatsApp, chat or journey automation;
Ability to turn data into actionable insights and practical recommendations for the business;
Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, partners and vendors.
