About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the definition and evolution of software architecture, ensuring scalability, performance and resilience of solutions
Work closely with development teams (squads), contributing technically to decisions and implementations
Translate business needs into viable technical solutions, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements
Participate in the design and evolution of microservices- and event-based architectures
Ensure adherence to the company's technology standards, architecture and best practices
Support the construction and evolution of integrations between systems (APIs, services, messaging)
Contribute to engineering best practices (automated testing, versioning, CI/CD)
Participate in technical forums and cross-area alignments, ensuring clarity in decisions
Assist with technical documentation and the functional understanding of solutions
Act as a technical reference for evolution, supporting developers and promoting knowledge sharing
Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions, considering efficiency, quality and customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in software development, participating in building solutions in production environments
Experience with medium/large-scale applications (web, mobile or apps)
Knowledge of software architecture (layers, microservices, best practices and design patterns)
Experience developing APIs and services (REST / SOAP)
Knowledge of microservices and inter-system communication
Familiarity with SOA / ESB and application integrations
Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous patterns
Experience or knowledge in modern web development (React, Angular, Vue or similar)
API consumption and understanding of frontend architecture
Awareness of performance, user experience and backend integration
Experience or knowledge in mobile development (Android, iOS or hybrid frameworks such as Flutter or React Native)
Understanding of mobile-backend communication and APIs
Familiarity with mobile architecture
Experience with system integrations (APIs, WebServices, XML)
Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps or similar)
Experience with automated testing (Jest, Mocha or similar)
Familiarity with versioning practices and continuous delivery
Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud (preferably Azure)
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Collaborative profile and good communication skills
Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Proactivity and technical curiosity
Desire to progress toward a more strategic architecture role
Strong articulation with technical and business teams
Emotional intelligence and ability to work in dynamic environments
Bachelor's degree completed in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (preferred)
