About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the process of evaluating assets and companies, providing the company with visibility into the strategic returns that could be generated, as well as the value of the financial benefits delivered;
Support the assessment and implementation of disruptive strategies that enable value creation, assisting in the analysis of opportunities for alliances and new businesses that could serve as alternatives to the company’s organic strategic plan, estimating their strategic and financial viability;
Strengthen partnership relationships with various areas across the Company to help achieve the department’s objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical skills;
Knowledge of company and asset valuation concepts (valuation), accounting and finance;
Experience in technical-financial projects involving complex investment decisions and multiple business variables (Marketing, Technology, Regulatory, Finance);
Structuring Excel models (business plans) and preparing qualitative and quantitative assessments, focusing on evaluating/valuing opportunities and measuring risks;
Development of PowerPoint materials and ability to present them in executive meetings;
Good communication, relationship and negotiation skills;
Experience with valuation and M&A processes;
Experience in Project Management;
Knowledge of the Telecommunications sector;
Postgraduate degree in related fields (desirable);
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish;
