Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the generation of strategic insights from data to support executive decision-making and drive operational efficiency through data analysis, metrics, automation and advanced analytics.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Produce actionable recommendations to support decision making
Anticipate issues and drive operational improvements
Design and evolve operational and strategic metrics
Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability
Reduce manual effort in report generation
Identify opportunities to automate metrics and processes
Advance integrations and use of ServiceNow
Design more efficient data models
Identify incident patterns and recurrence
Link data to structured improvement actions
Translate technical topics into executive-level insights
Act as a consultative partner between technology and the business
Influence decisions using data
Support strategic rituals with analysis
Promote a data-driven culture
Build a long-term vision for metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferred: University degree in IT (Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields)
Experience working with data in SRE/critical operations environments
Strong command of analytical tools (SQL, Power BI, etc.)
Experience with automation and platforms such as ServiceNow
Experience building executive-level metrics
Ability to tell a compelling story with data
Preferred certifications: ServiceNow, ITIL v4 or ITIL v5, SAFe 6.0
