About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control and monitor media budgets, ensuring adherence to planned vs. actual spending;
Work in financial controllership, including validation, classification, and recording of expenses;
Manage the invoice/workflow of invoices, ensuring verification, approval, and proper routing for payment;
Reconcile financial amounts between planned, executed, and billed values by media outlets and agencies;
Serve as the point of contact between media planning, finance, and advertising agencies, ensuring alignment of information and deadlines;
Support the creation and updating of financial reports and media investment performance dashboards;
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in finance and budget control;
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen;
Good communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders;
Proactivity in problem-solving and process improvement.
Preferred: Experience in advertising companies, familiarity with media data (digital and/or offline), and knowledge of media platforms/tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Globo Ads, DV360, among others.
