About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for commercial management and client relationships, identifying needs and offering the most appropriate products to meet client requirements, acting as an intermediary between these clients and the company, and negotiating contracts and proposals;
- Work directly with government clients, represent the company in public tenders, present portfolio solutions, conduct client visits, and develop an account action plan for the client portfolio;
- Map the client power structure and operating model, lead the understanding of business needs and prospect opportunities;
- Build relationships and use workflow tools to record and track opportunities, interacting with internal teams (technical and finance) to follow the project through to closure.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience required in commercial prospecting and sales of fixed telephony solutions (MPLS data networks, LAN-to-LAN, SD‑WAN, etc.), mobile services and IT (sale of equipment, security, cloud, IoT/Big Data) to large companies and public agencies;
- Knowledge of advanced VOICE and DATA solutions;
- Knowledge of mobile service solutions for VOICE and DATA;
- Finance knowledge (NPV, IRR, Contribution Margin, Depreciation, Cost Allocation, etc.);
- Understanding of the government client business model and familiarity with public procurement law (Lei de Licitações);
- Accustomed to working with aggressive targets and daily reporting;
- Strong focus on closing deals — a consultative profile alone is not sufficient;
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build external and internal relationships;
- Demonstrated interest and ability to understand client challenges and a business-oriented mindset to seek solutions that perfectly meet client needs;
- Experience with large companies; experience managing public tenders, preparing legal, financial and technical qualification documentation, ability to prepare and register proposals, administer electronic and in-person procurement auctions (pregões), and draft appeals and rebuttals;
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis or Computer Science from a top-tier university;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
