Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide B2B customer service, prospecting new accounts from pre-defined leads;
- Present the GUD portfolio and serve customers through digital channels;
- Monitor channel and customer-portfolio metrics, analyze data and execute commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
- Resolve critical situations, maintaining regular contact with customers and internal teams;
- Interact with GN to map contacts and define the best strategy for joint action.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support daily commercial routines, controls and analyses;
- Commercial mindset with the drive to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to understand customers' real needs;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality, responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
- Affinity for digital, interest in technology and innovation, with ease learning and working with software and systems;
- Organized, with planning and discipline; able to prioritize tasks, act with a sense of urgency and complete daily demands;
- Curious and eager to learn, questioning the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
- Resilient, able to handle day-to-day commercial challenges, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;
- Proactive, ambitious and restless for improvement, going beyond the basics with initiative to anticipate customer demands and needs;
