About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in the After-Sales area covering Reverse Logistics for the Mobile and Fixed segments, including recycling of all end-of-life/unusable materials from the organization, with active participation in Green Logistics initiatives aligned with the company’s sustainability strategy regarding responsible asset management throughout their lifecycle and proper waste disposal.
Monthly update of the LPU (unit price list) according to variations in the copper price and the US dollar exchange rate;
Analysis of disposal requests for unusable items;
Creation and monitoring of sales orders, payment flows and pickup of unusable items by purchasing partners;
Verification of Gretel Certification to validate the disposal/destination of unusable items;
Development and update of work instructions;
Preparation of management reports;
Liaison with internal stakeholders and purchasing partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of SAP: MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules;
Proficiency in Excel for database handling and report development;
Logical reasoning and ease with numbers and mathematical calculations;
Proficiency in PowerPoint for development of executive presentations;
Experience in logistics and after-sales;
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
Bachelor’s degree (completed).
