About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a functional specialist in the following modules:
  • ✔ TIME – Time Management (work schedules, shifts, time bank and time entries);
  • ✔ PY – Payroll (calculation rules, wage types/events, functional reconciliation).
  • Analyze and validate payroll and time calculation rules, tax/charge calculations and integrations with corporate systems;
  • Identify and resolve calculation inconsistencies, wage-type discrepancies and retroactive payments;
  • Support payroll closing processes, ensuring quality and compliance;
  • Work on integrations between SAP HCM ↔ SAP ECP and EC ↔ ECP, ensuring data consistency;
  • Support integrated testing, validation cycles and payroll dual runs;
  • Validate the impact of changes to time management (TIME) and organizational structure on payroll calculation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in SAP HCM, with focus on: TIME (Time Management) and PY (Payroll);
  • Knowledge of Brazilian payroll rules;
  • Experience analyzing payroll calculations, wage types, retroactive payments and payroll reconciliation;
  • Experience with integrations between HCM and other systems (ideally with ECP);
  • Experience in integrated tests and payroll validation cycles;
  • Must reside in São Paulo - SP or Curitiba - PR;
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (EC);
  • Knowledge of processes and tables related to eSocial;
  • Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology;
  • Experience in complex environments with multiple CNPJs and HR-specific rules.
