About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, monitor and optimize financial products with a focus on credit.
Monitor and analyze credit metrics such as approvals, disbursements, portfolio performance and delinquency.
Perform delinquency analyses to identify causes, behavior patterns and risk mitigation opportunities.
Work on customer mapping and segmentation to support offer strategies, pricing and credit policies.
Collect, structure and analyze data from internal databases and multiple external sources.
Build exploratory analyses, reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Validate and test credit policies (rules, criteria, limits) based on evidence and historical data.
Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the information used in analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields.
Experience in credit analysis, risk or financial products.
Knowledge of credit and delinquency indicators.
Experience with data analysis and databases.
Ability to work with large volumes of data from multiple sources.
Analytical, critical and results-oriented profile.
Strong communication skills to translate data into business insights.
