About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI models/applications to meet business needs
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and preprocess complex datasets
Integrate AI models into production pipelines using MLOps best practices
Monitor model performance in production and continuously iterate on models
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define AI-driven solutions
Research, develop, and evaluate new techniques, frameworks, and trends in generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
Document experiments, results, and technical decisions clearly and accessibly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong experience with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative models (plus)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools
Analytical mindset, clear communication skills, and problem-solving orientation
