Key responsibilities & impact

Act as Product Owner for AI solutions to identify and manage project needs: backlog, priorities, expansion plan, etc.
Lead product discovery activities, mapping customer journeys, available data and opportunities for intelligent automation.
Evaluate models and solutions (machine learning, NLP, LLMs, generative AI, etc.) together with technical specialists.
Work closely with business stakeholders (marketing, sales, CX, logistics, staff, etc.) to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions.
Monitor performance and impact metrics (e.g., ROI, execution time, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction).
Manage processes to ensure deliveries within established deadlines and drive necessary incremental improvements to projects.
Conduct POCs; evaluate and recommend contracting services, tools, research or other inputs to achieve strategic objectives.
Prepare executive presentations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience leading AI products or projects (predictive applications, generative models, intelligent automation, copilots, chatbots, etc.).
Experience as a Product Owner, Consultant or Product Lead, with solid mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong knowledge of AI and ML fundamentals — ability to communicate effectively with technical teams (Data Science, MLOps, Data Engineering).
Experience in product discovery and backlog management, prioritization and value analysis.
Ability to translate technical language into business impact.
Strong storytelling and executive communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
Consultative, results-oriented profile with a systemic view of business processes.
