About the role

  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC, or Hadoop, or Databricks, or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Design data models (star schema, snowflake, one big table, etc.) for analytics and data products.
  • Work with big data tools (Spark/Databricks) and Azure cloud services.
  • Optimize both cost and performance of data processes on Databricks.
  • Contribute to documentation, standardization, and best practices for the team.
  • Collaborate with business areas, analysts, and data scientists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher – degree certificate preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, Hadoop, Databricks, or Azure Data Factory (ADF), and data modeling.
  • Experience working in an Azure cloud environment.
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation.
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, and security.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, Azure Data Factory (ADF), MongoDB, Kafka.
