About the role
- Work on client engagement and relationship management with large corporations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises — is that what excites you? If so, the B2B VP area at Telefônica is the most promising path for you.
- Develop your strategy with clients, plan and monitor sales and post-sales processes, and define guidelines and offers.
- More than acquiring customers, the mission here is to develop and retain clients with a complete portfolio of mobility, fixed voice and data, digital and IT products such as Data Center, Security, Big Data, in addition to innovations aligned with the Telefônica Group’s global strategy.
- Our work contributes to revenue growth and to expanding the organization’s corporate client base, promoting connection between people.
- Responsible for commercial management of B2B clients both remotely and on-site, identifying sales opportunities for Vivo products and services that match each client profile’s needs, acting as an intermediary between Vivo and the managed clients, and additionally managing portfolio profitability and customer retention.
Requirements
- Strong commercial negotiation skills;
- Commercial and technical knowledge of core voice, data and mobile products;
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (CNH);
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role.
