About the role

  • Research and recommend new RAN equipment solutions and parameter settings to improve performance, align with quality standards, and follow resource optimization guidelines;
  • Analyze and specify equipment for new sites and expansions of existing sites;
  • Develop tools to analyze access network data in an automated manner;
  • Map, structure, and optimize Radio Frequency (RF) processes;
  • Generate reports and performance indicators to monitor ongoing work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed
  • Experience in projects and optimization of mobile access networks
  • Field experience supporting event coverage and indoor projects
  • Knowledge of Ericsson and Huawei base station equipment (ERBs)
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Experience with data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience creating reports in Power BI
  • Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
