About the role

  • Perform curation and production of HR content with a focus on clarity, conciseness and accessibility;
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing content based on data analysis and employee feedback;
  • Prioritize requests according to criticality and their impact on the employee experience;
  • Develop and monitor action plans to drive continuous content improvement;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure information is consistent and up to date;
  • Create and track performance indicators related to employee satisfaction with available content;
  • Propose and implement improvements aimed at increasing self-service rates and reducing support tickets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in content curation, internal communications or HR-related areas;
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and define priorities;
  • Excellent written communication and a strong user-experience focus;
  • Proactive, organized and strategically minded;
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Education (Pedagogy) or related fields is a plus;
