About the role

  • Operate and sustain AI agents, focused on a high-criticality B2C environment.
  • Understand and operate the Agent Factory architecture, including transactional, commercial and specialist agents.
  • Analyze agents' dynamic execution flows (steps, decisions, API calls and CRM integrations).
  • Evaluate and evolve prompts, flows and knowledge bases, ensuring:
  • - Response coherence
  • - Adherence to business rules
  • - Security and governance
  • Analyze logs, traces and observability metrics (LangChain and related tools), identifying:
  • - Inappropriate behaviors
  • - Root causes
  • - Operational and business impacts
  • Perform incident and problem analysis and resolution related to:
  • - CRMs
  • - APIs
  • - AI agents
  • - Prompt Engineering
  • Work collaboratively with:
  • - Business teams
  • - Agent Factory
  • - Development squads
  • - Data and Architecture teams
  • Support the solution's lifecycle with a RUN + Evolution mindset, balancing stability and innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of IT experience, preferably in critical environments.
  • Experience with:
  • - AI Agents architecture
  • - Prompt Engineering
  • - LangChain
  • - API integrations
  • - Ability to read, interpret and adapt Python code used by agents
  • - Experience in mission-critical operations, including incident management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • - Ability to translate technical issues into business impacts
  • Desirable:
  • - Experience with CRM systems
  • - Knowledge of Agile, SRE, ITIL, and systems support and operations
  • - Experience with knowledge bases, content curation and versioning
  • - Experience in agile environments and large-scale digital products
  • - Advanced English
