About the role

  • Lead the budget cycle for your assigned cost portfolio, conducting short- and long-term exercises in coordination with internal areas and group companies.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial data, building projections based on revenue, trends, and incremental factors, and map risks and opportunities strategically.
  • Develop budget defenses, supporting analyses with solid data to aid decision-making.
  • Execute monthly closings, ensuring alignment with plans and investigating variances through accounting analyses, provisions, reclassifications between cost centers, etc.
  • Handle and cross-reference large volumes of data, turning them into relevant insights and performance indicators for your portfolio.
  • Anticipate financial deviations or risks, proposing solutions or acting proactively with internal areas.
  • Maintain constant interface with internal departments such as B2B Segment Management, Accounting, Controlling, Finance, and others.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel is essential — you will work with large datasets and must be highly proficient.
  • Experience building financial analyses and KPIs is a strong differentiator.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, BI & Analytics logic, and databases (SQL) is highly desirable — we value professionals who can turn data into strategic decisions.
