About the role

  • Coordinate the governance of Information Security incidents and requests, ensuring structured analysis, clear root-cause definition, complete documentation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions until closure, maintaining compliance with policies, SLAs, metrics and audit requirements.
  • Conduct continuous follow-up of tickets, ensuring SLA compliance, prioritization by criticality and business impact, proper communication with involved areas and executive visibility of the highest-risk or recurring items.
  • Monitor the operational health of corporate security solutions, ensuring responsible technical areas keep controls operating (firewalls, WAF, VPNs, IDS/IPS, proxies, ClearPass, etc.) and ensuring governance over performance, updates, evidence, reporting and traceability — not as technical operations, but focused on compliance and availability of controls.
  • Govern the vulnerability management process, overseeing the full cycle of identification, classification, remediation deadlines, residual risks and deviations. Hold owners accountable, record formal exceptions, ensure appropriate handling of critical items and periodically report status to management and audit bodies.
  • Control and follow up on PRBs, lessons learned and the evolution/improvement plan, ensuring each incident generates improvement actions, that the root cause is addressed definitively and that lessons learned feed back into the process, increasing maturity, standardization and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • Coordinate and manage the Technology Security function from an operations and governance perspective, focusing on definition, standardization, monitoring and continuous improvement of processes and controls, ensuring availability, integrity, confidentiality and resilience of accesses and services across the organization in Brazil.
  • Responsible for the management, oversight and evolution of technology security controls, including Corporate Proxy, Digital Certificate Management (PKI/TLS), DDoS Protection (Arbor), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Zero Trust, ZTNA and SASE architectures, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Establish and monitor indicators, OKRs and risk metrics, ensuring the effectiveness of controls, proper vulnerability management (such as patches and certificates), traceability of decisions and support for internal and external audits.
  • Provide functional technical leadership over internal teams and vendors, focusing on governance, operational efficiency, service stability, management of significant incidents, root-cause analysis and direction of action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Work in an integrated manner with Infrastructure, Networks, Architecture, Governance, Risk, Audit and Business areas, supporting executive decision-making, technological risk assessment, initiative prioritization and continuous improvement of the information security environment.
