About the role

  • Develop engaging, intuitive visual interfaces that meet our customers' needs.
  • Use business requirements, usability findings and market research to develop scenarios, use cases and high-level requirements.
  • Apply research methodologies with our customers, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Build and cultivate relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
  • Be the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their experience down to the details.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Designer, applying concepts of Information Architecture, Visual Design, UX Writing, qualitative and quantitative research, and facilitation methods.
  • Experience using a Design System and applying Accessibility principles.
  • Knowledge of product and technical development to ensure correct applicability of proposed solutions, using agile concepts.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Protopie and/or other prototyping and interaction tools.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, an understanding of Design OPS, Design Systems and Style Guides for the correct application and evolution of components.
  • Knowledge of motion design is a plus.
  • Appetite for design trends, innovation and interaction.
