About the role

  • Lead the resolution of critical incidents and complex problems in RPA automations, conducting full root cause analysis (RCA) and defining sustainable corrective actions.
  • Design and implement fixes, optimizations and architectural evolutions of automated processes to ensure scalability, resilience and maintainability.
  • Architect integrated RPA solutions with APIs, databases and legacy systems; define design patterns, frameworks and best practices.
  • Manage deployment and CI/CD pipelines for automations, control versions, perform code reviews and ensure quality (unit and integration tests).
  • Define and maintain governance, SLAs, runbooks, recovery playbooks and operational metrics (KPIs); oversee monitoring and observability.
  • Serve as the technical bridge with stakeholders and business areas, prioritizing the roadmap, assessing impact and ensuring value delivery.
  • Mentor and upskill teams (Mid/Junior), review code and promote continuous improvement of processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate relationships with vendors and RPA platform providers, evaluating risks, costs and adoption of new tools and features.

Requirements

  • Proven, solid experience with enterprise RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar) in critical, large-scale projects.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and/or Python for development, integrations, robust exception handling and application of design patterns.
  • Experience with integrations via APIs/REST, messaging/queueing, relational and NoSQL databases and orchestrators (e.g., Orchestrator).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.), automated testing, code reviews and version control (Git).
  • Advanced skills in log analysis, profiling, debugging and performance tuning; experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., LGPD) applied to automations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage incidents, define SLAs, lead postmortems and implement preventive measures.
  • Experience in technical leadership, mentoring and communication with executive-level stakeholders; focus on value delivery and strategic prioritization.
  • Degree in IT or related field; RPA or architecture certifications are a plus.
