About the role

  • Understand and analyze the current operation of business journeys and flows.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and standardization.
  • Support the definition of more efficient and scalable future models.
  • Translate business needs into structured platform capabilities.
  • Support the design of flows, business rules, and end-to-end journeys.
  • Work collaboratively with architecture, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ensure consistency between operations, business rules, and technological solutions.
  • Support the prioritization of initiatives based on business impact.
  • Structure and document flows, journeys, and operating models.
  • Support the evolution of customer experience and digital channels.
  • Act as a facilitator between business areas and technical teams.
  • Ensure end-to-end visibility of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives or in evolving business operations.
  • Experience analyzing and structuring flows and journeys.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured models.
  • Experience designing journeys and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking.
  • Experience working with multiple business areas.
  • Ability to connect business needs with technological solutions.
  • Experience in medium- to large-scale corporate environments.
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of or experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Experience with modeling and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in environments with high operational complexity is a plus.
