About the role

  • Execute, monitor, and optimize ETL routines for CRM/Marketing data.
  • Explore, transform, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Work on data validation, traceability, and integrity.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports, translating complex data into clear insights for different audiences.
  • Monitor CRM metrics, prepare presentations, and validate KPIs.
  • Continuously develop skills in programming languages, corporate data environments and infrastructure, and data visualization tools.
  • Routinely use AI to improve processes, clean code, and fix bugs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure data meets organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields;
  • Analytical profile with the ability to collect and analyze information/data to help identify problems, solutions, opportunities, and support decision-making;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and AI tools.
  • Communication: ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork: ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors, and partners;
  • Adaptability: ability to quickly adapt to changes in the work environment and tasks;
  • Autonomy: comfortable working independently, demonstrating commitment to deadlines and a sense of urgency.
  • Prior experience with SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Power BI is a plus.
