About the role
- Use the Gupy ATS to manage job openings;
- Post job openings and source candidates (hunting) on recruitment platforms;
- Conduct individual and group interviews;
- Conduct group assessment activities (group dynamics);
- Prepare and interpret recruitment KPI reports;
- Provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates;
- Liaise with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and provide ongoing follow-up;
- Manage and maintain relationships with the talent pool/candidate database;
- Support HR operations by recording process information in the system in accordance with current HR policies;
- Provide information, documentation and reports to hiring managers.
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection;
- Previous experience in diversity projects;
- Proficiency in Excel (reading and analyzing metrics and reports).
