About the role

  • Use the Gupy ATS to manage job openings;
  • Post job openings and source candidates (hunting) on recruitment platforms;
  • Conduct individual and group interviews;
  • Conduct group assessment activities (group dynamics);
  • Prepare and interpret recruitment KPI reports;
  • Provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates;
  • Liaise with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and provide ongoing follow-up;
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the talent pool/candidate database;
  • Support HR operations by recording process information in the system in accordance with current HR policies;
  • Provide information, documentation and reports to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection;
  • Previous experience in diversity projects;
  • Proficiency in Excel (reading and analyzing metrics and reports).
