About the role

  • Lead projects within Commercial Planning from conception to delivery.
  • Manage projects and analytical requests using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models).
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Perform exploratory and investigative analyses to support strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Translate complex analyses into relevant, actionable insights, linking financial and operational metrics to business drivers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, BI, Operations, Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to turn deep analyses into clear, relevant and actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models)
  • Strong analytical profile, with ease structuring and interpreting complex analyses
  • Critical and inquisitive mindset, able to identify inconsistencies, risks and opportunities in data and processes
  • Clear and objective communication, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally, influencing and aligning different areas
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
