About the role

  • Strengthen the organization’s ability to prevent, respond to, and recover from incidents and crises, ensuring operational continuity and protection of the business’s critical services.
  • Play a key role in restructuring, maintaining, and evolving the business continuity and crisis management program.
  • Support the implementation and evolution of international best practices and frameworks, notably ISO 22301, contributing to the strengthening of corporate resilience governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Information Security, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Corporate Resilience, Crisis Management, or Incident Management.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining continuity plans (e.g., Operational Continuity Plan (PCO), Incident Management Plan, Crisis Management Plan, Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, or related plans).
  • Experience coordinating or participating in crisis management tables and critical incident handling.
  • Experience in risk management and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience preparing management reports.
  • Organized, analytical mindset, and ability to operate in incident and critical situations.
  • Certifications related to Business Continuity and Resilience, e.g., ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CBCI, MBCI, DRI, among others.
  • Experience in implementing or maintaining ISO 22301 certification processes.
  • Knowledge of frameworks and best practices such as ISO 22301, NIST, and BCI Good Practice Guidelines.
  • Experience structuring or evolving corporate resilience programs.
  • Experience working in large organizations or critical environments (telecommunications, finance, technology, infrastructure).
