About the role

  • Work across the full lifecycle of systems support, ensuring stability, continuity, and the evolution of B2B applications.
  • Conduct deep investigations (RCA), identifying root causes, recurring offenders, and defining structured action plans.
  • Perform functional and technical analyses, correlating logs, metrics, integrations, and system dependencies.
  • Monitor behavior, detect anomalies, and act proactively based on observability.
  • Translate complex problems into clear diagnoses, corrective proposals, and continuous improvements.
  • Serve as a technical reference point for critical incidents, coordinating actions and supporting business units and partners.
  • Contribute to the evolution of processes, automations, and support standards.
  • Develop and support Java and Python solutions (services, APIs, and automations) with a focus on reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and operationalize AI/ML models and integrations with AI APIs (genAI and analytics) for real business use cases.
  • Help structure observability (logs, metrics, traces, APM) and SLOs for critical services.
  • Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis), proactive incident prevention, and standardize runbooks.
  • Create Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) to support decision-making.
  • Proactively drive initiatives without being prompted: anticipate risks, organize alignments, and lead technical discussions.
  • Share knowledge, support the team, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong Java and Python skills, with experience in production services/applications.
  • AI/ML and Generative AI applied to automations, prediction, or classification (pipelines, fine-tuning/integration with APIs).
  • Observability: structured logs, metrics, traces, and APM (Elastic/Grafana/Prometheus/Kibana).
  • Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and basic governance.
  • Databases: relational (SQL/PLSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Integration: REST/JSON, messaging, event consumption and publishing.
  • **Differentials:**
  • RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and routine automations.
  • Production Kubernetes experience (HPA, liveness/readiness probes, native observability).
  • Distributed and event-driven architectures; DataOps; data pipelines.
  • Experience with internal chatbots, event/incident classifiers, and operational anomaly detection.
