About the role
- Support basic configuration and maintenance in the ITSM, ITOM and SIR modules under the guidance of more experienced professionals.
- Assist in platform administration and sustainment (tasks, queues, minor adjustments, initial troubleshooting).
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder interactions and requirements gathering.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of documentation, knowledge base (KB) articles, operational procedures and internal guides.
- Support existing integrations by performing initial analysis and escalating incidents when necessary.
- Collaborate on platform governance (controls, access, versioning, testing).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow and an interest in growing into areas such as ITSM, ITOM and/or SecOps (SIR).
- Familiarity with IT processes (ITIL Foundation is a plus).
- Basic programming logic (GlideScript/JavaScript is valued but can be learned on the job).
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn platform technologies.
- Basic English for reading.
