About the role

  • Perform triage and diagnostics for Advanced B2B Data products;
  • Contact B2B customers to understand issues and seek technical solutions, aiming to resolve incidents during the initial contact when possible;
  • Responsible for triaging technical complaints and B2B Data repairs, routing tickets according to the repair workflow;
  • Responsible for dispatching defect tickets to field technicians and associating tickets with large-scale incident scenarios.

Requirements

  • Completed technical/vocational education;
  • Experience in triage/diagnostics and configuration for corporate customers, performing tasks such as analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support for Advanced B2B products;
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of customer routers in IP/MPLS and Frame Relay networks;
  • Experience configuring routers from Cisco, 3Com/HP MSR, Juniper and Huawei;
  • Support experience in LAN and WAN networks.
